Ticket buyers are reminded that the capacity of all concert venues is limited. Therefore, early reservations are advised. Phone orders are accepted using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, by calling 401-849-0700. Your order will either be sent by US Mail or held at the door of the concert. Reserved tickets must be picked up and paid for not later than 24 hours before the performance. Tickets are non-refundable, though they may be exchanged for those of equal value. If you are unable to use your tickets, they may be donated back to the Festival on or before the performance date. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt for your contribution.
The Festival Box Office is located at 850 Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. Brochures are also available at the Newport Gateway Center, located on 23 America’s Cup Avenue in Newport, phone 849-8098. Ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
